About Occupational Therapy

Enhancing Skills for Everyday Independence and Participation

At Asare Special School, our Occupational Therapy program focuses on helping children develop the skills needed for everyday activities, learning, and independent living. Through individualized interventions and engaging therapeutic activities, we support children with sensory, motor, cognitive, and developmental challenges to improve their ability to participate confidently in school, home, and community environments.

Our occupational therapy sessions aim to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, eye-hand coordination, self-care abilities, attention, and social participation. Through a child-centered and supportive approach, we empower children to build confidence, develop functional skills, and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.
